Athena
Version 2026-09-29 · Draft for legal review

Privacy Notice

Athena uses your account name, email, country, timezone, assistant settings, and any personal profile details you choose to add to provide your workspace. You control which profile fields the assistant may disclose during a task.

Communications

To run approved calls and messages, Athena processes phone numbers, task instructions, call status, conversation content, transcripts, summaries, and related notifications. We use this information to deliver the service, show results, keep context, enforce plan limits, and investigate misuse or failures.

Service providers and integrations

External providers host account and workspace data, carry calls and messages, and process voice conversations. For calls, profile fields marked “Always allow” may be included in the voice prompt. Recognized caller memory is included only if you enable it in the Personal profile section. Fields marked “Ask when needed” or “Never share” are not included automatically in incoming call prompts. Phone numbers, the live conversation, and matched mission context are still processed to handle calls. Changes to profile sharing choices apply to future calls. If you connect Google Calendar, Athena accesses the calendar information needed for the actions you approve. Telegram is not connected in this release. Provider processing and cross-border data transfers need final review before launch.

Website analytics

If you allow optional analytics, Athena uses Google Analytics to measure public website visits, viewed sections, and selected links, plans, and registration buttons. A completed account registration is counted as a sign-up using email, without including the email address. The analytics tag does not load before you allow it. Events use fixed labels and public page paths without query strings; Athena does not send form entries or private workspace page views. Google may process browser, device, and network information when the tag is enabled. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser and can be changed at any time using .

Your choices

You may edit account and personal profile details, set sharing permissions, disconnect supported integrations, and request access to or deletion of your data through the published support channel. We must finish the retention schedule, legal basis, contact details, and country-specific notices before public launch.

This notice is a draft for legal review. Do not launch public registration until the missing operational and legal details have been completed.
