Athena Navigate

Everyday phone calls shouldn’t be a barrier.

Whether you live abroad, are learning a language, or need help with a time-consuming service call, Athena Navigate is designed to help you communicate with greater confidence. Review the plan before a supported call takes place.

Early access · Availability depends on your setup.

Is this the right fit?

Athena Navigate is intended for individuals who want help with everyday phone calls, including international residents, immigrants, and students. It is a personal service direction with its own early-access availability, separate from Athena Welcome, which is arranged by an organization.

Who it is for

  • People who recently moved to a country where they are still learning the language
  • International students and professionals
  • People who find service-provider calls stressful or time-consuming
  • Busy individuals managing appointments and household tasks
  • People who prefer to prepare and review an action before making a call

Where work gets stuck

  • Language barriers make routine calls intimidating.
  • Waiting on hold takes time away from work and family.
  • Providers use unfamiliar processes or terminology.
  • People forget key details discussed during a conversation.
  • A call produces several options, but no clear record of the outcome.

What Athena helps you do.

01

Ask in your own words

Start with what you need, rather than worrying about the perfect phrasing.

02

Stay in control

Review what Athena is going to ask, what it may agree to, and when it should return the decision to you.

03

Get clarity after the conversation

See what was learned, which options are available, and whether anything still needs your attention.

04

Make unfamiliar tasks feel more manageable

From simple availability checks to routine service enquiries, get support with the conversations that are easy to put off.

Illustrative workflow

How Athena Navigate could work.

  1. 01

    Describe your problem

"My internet bill went up, and I want to understand why."

  2. 02

    Set your limits

Athena prepares the questions and asks what it may or may not agree to.

  3. 03

    Review the plan

You confirm the purpose, phone number, and boundaries before any supported outgoing call.

  4. 04

    The conversation takes place

Athena asks for an explanation or available options, where the feature and provider interaction permit it.

  5. 05

    Review the result

You receive the reported reason, options, and any decisions that still require you.

Available actions depend on your solution, integrations, account eligibility, permissions, and release stage.

Illustrative use cases

Where this can help.

Language confidence

You need to ask a local service provider a question in German.

Athena's role: Help prepare the request and, for supported workflows, conduct an appropriate call in the relevant language.

Outcome to review: A clearer answer and less uncertainty.

Restaurant reservation

Your preferred restaurant has no online booking or the requested time is unavailable.

Athena's role: Ask about available alternatives and confirm a reservation only within the choices you approved.

Outcome to review: Confirmed reservation or a clear list of options.

Appointment enquiry

You need to know which appointment times are available.

Athena's role: Contact the office when supported, ask about availability, and bring the options back to you.

Outcome to review: Useful options, with confirmation subject to provider rules.

Service-provider issue

You need an explanation for a changed bill or a delayed service.

Athena's role: Ask for details and next steps, without making an unauthorized commitment.

Outcome to review: Explanation, available options, and any follow-up you need to take.

Know what happened next.

Agree on a baseline and review real outcomes as the workflow is tested. These are measures to track, not reported customer results.

  • Task completion rate: Tasks with the agreed outcome / supported tasks started.
  • Clear-outcome rate: Tasks returning a useful confirmed answer or actionable next step / tasks started.
  • User approval rate: Planned calls approved / plans presented.
  • Human intervention rate: Tasks requiring user participation or escalation / tasks started.

Before you get started.

Does Athena make calls without asking me?

For personal outgoing calls, the intended experience is for you to review the plan and approve the action first.

Can Athena speak in another language?

Multilingual conversation support is part of Athena's direction. Language coverage and quality may vary by task and release.

Can Athena deal with government agencies or insurance companies?

Some information enquiries may be possible, but many offices require personal identification, formal authorization, or your direct participation. Athena should not bypass those requirements.

What if the other person asks something Athena cannot answer?

Athena should stop, ask for clarification where appropriate, or return the question to you rather than guess.

Will I always get the result I requested?

No assistant can guarantee an appointment, refund, reservation, or agreement from a third party. Athena's goal is to make the process easier and report the outcome accurately.

The call you've been putting off doesn't have to stay on your to-do list.
